POLICIES AND PROCEDURES ACKNOWLEDGMENT
I have received my copy of the New Hire Booklet. I understand and agree that it is my responsibility to read (or have read) and familiarize myself with this Booklet before signing below and that my signature below indicates that I understand and agree to comply with the policies in this Booklet. I further understand that my failure to comply with the policies in this Booklet could result in my termination.
I understand and agree that nothing in this Booklet creates or is intended to create a promise or representation of continued employment and my present employment is employment at-will. I understand that at will employment means either LABOR FINDERS or I may terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause of advance notice. I also understand and agree that no one has authority to enter into any agreement, express or implied, for employment for any specific period of time, or to make any agreement for employment other than at-will.
I understand that except for employment at-will status, any and all policies or practices can be changed at any time by LABOR FINDERS. LABOR FINDERS reserves the right to change my hours, wages, and working conditions at any time, with or without cause or advance notice. To the extent any of the policies in this Booklet require me to disclose or provide additional information, I voluntarily waive all rights of privacy and confidentiality with respect to any requested disclosures.
